Over the years we've found that when we partner with clients on design projects that receive rave reviews, the process usually begins with asking the right questions. Each step in our process builds cumulatively to bring our clients the best possible solutions to real-world challenges and needs.

The studio is easily accessible and centrally located in Center City Philadelphia. All projects are designed by Rosemary Murphy and we have a network of specialists—including writers, photographers, printing companies and other technical and production specialists—who work with us on many projects.

Depending on a project’s requirements and objectives, we typically start working with new clients this way:

1. Define the project’s scope, budget and all of the expectations.
2. Brainstorm the possibilities and parameters.
3. Provide a creative workplan.
4. Sign a written agreement detailing the budget, terms and timeline.
5. Draft design-based strategies and solutions.
6. Pinpoint any areas of ambivalence and work out next steps.
7. Refine, evaluate and finalize.
8. Follow-up to review outcomes and next steps.
