SearchTec provides real estate appraisals, settlement seervices, pubic records searches and abstract title searches to clients in financial, legal and real estate industries. This project was to design an overall capabilities folder/brochure. The second slide shows a direct mail piece for a new SearchTec product which was designed with a similar look and feel.
